how can you be 100% sure that when drilling, the drill bit is not going in crooked since there is no guides, or computerized anything to guide the drill? I would think for something like an implant it must be 100% accurate, looks like the drill is hand guided

Don't worry guys my wisdom tooth was fully horizontally impacted, i felt a lot of pressure during the procedure, but not much pain thanks to anesthesia, you'll feel discomfort for a good 5-6 days but not much pain if you don't distrub your mouth much

Had a baby tooth (over-retained) extracted today and it was really quick and didnt have much pain

I got mine removed yesterday, for everyone who’s here before the procedure it doesn’t even hurt (for me it was permanent tooth) only the anesthesia feels a little bit uncomfortable but really it’s not a big deal, any injection you would get in your butt hurts so much more so don’t be scared, I sweated so badly cuz I was scared lol although I barely felt anything throughout the whole process, just in case if you will feel anything in the process don’t ever hesitate and tell the doctor she will add up an anesthesia which won’t hurt even a little, and the procedure lasts like 15-20 mins including all the breaks for the anesthesia to get in, hope this will help someone to come through their fear and go for that removal asap if it’s needed the sooner you do the less problems you will face in future

let me tell you - i just had this done and IT DOES NOT HURT!!! the needle is just a little pinch and you can feel heaps of pressure which is caused by them wiggling your teeth. The needles make your mouth super numb and I couldn't feel anything in that area for about 5 hours. So let me tell you, if you're having your teeth out, don't panic as it's completely painless and an extremely easy procedure. If you have a low pain tolerance, the needle may be a little painful to you but because my tolerance is quite high, it was mostly painless

no proper procedure is applied here to suck the blood released due to extraction of the tooth. This is the problem in poor countries. Dentists do not have good equipments.
